Fundraise Together have formed a partnership with Bliss. We have committed to supporting Bliss through our Door-To-Door Collection Service that will help Bliss to continue the care and support to families and babies affected by illness.
For almost 35 years, Bliss has been the leading charity supporting the care of premature and sick babies in the UK.
Ten new born babies are admitted into intensive care in the UK every hour; one in four will require lifesaving specialist care.
These babies are either born early, with low birth weight or seriously ill with life threatening medical conditions or infections.
One in every 9 babies in the UK is born either premature or sick. That’s over 80,000 babies every year with one being admitted to special care every six minutes.
Helping over 55,000 UK families every year, Bliss exists to ensure that all babies born too soon, too small or too sick have the best possible chance of survival and of reaching their full potential.
All too often our bags are stolen by unscrupulous bogus collectors and we urge any such sightings to be reported to the police.
All our drivers wear charity marked High visibility vests and carry I.D., using our clearly marked vehicles.
